Henredon & Schoener Home Delivery
We offer home delivery within the Greater Seattle Area for a one hundred dollar delivery and installation fee. If deliveries are to occur outside of the Greater Seattle Area a delivery and installation quote will be provided. Once your merchandise arrives in our warehouse, our support team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Deliveries are scheduled 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday. If you need to reschedule your delivery date, please contact our support team at 425-462-6601 no later than 2 days prior to your established delivery date. Our team of installation professionals will ensure that your purchase and your home are treated with extreme care and will unwrap, assemble any necessary items, place products in any location desired, and remove any and all packaging products.
Ship Outs and Drop Ships
For deliveries outside of our established delivery area, Henredon & Schoener uses outside shipping companies that are experienced in furniture delivery. All merchandise needs to be paid in full before leaving our warehouse or leaving the manufacturer for drop shipment. All products shipped from our warehouse will be thoroughly inspected before packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all merchandise for damage prior to signing delivery receipts. Drop shipment charges are covered by Henredon & Schoener, but the customer is responsible for receiving fees and any home delivery charges.
Fitting In Your Home
For clients in our local area our design associates will work with you to ensure that you have selected appropriate scale products for your home or office. For clients that are located outside of our local area our design associates will assist you in selecting the appropriate scale, but will not be held responsible for items that do not fit through doorways, elevators or stairways into your household. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure products will fit into the desired location. Outside shipping drivers will NOT take furniture back to our warehouse that doesn’t fit into your home or office.
Henredon & Schoener offers high end products with an emphasis on customer service. If you are not satisfied with any of our products our design team and support staff will work to come to a reasonable and swift resolution. Products maybe returned with a receipt and in their original condition within 14-days for furniture and 30-days for non-furniture items from the purchase date. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping or pickup fees will apply (min. $200). Usage or restocking fees also may apply. Special and Custom orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Sale and Clearance items are sold as is and cannot be returned.
Henredon & Schoener is committed to resolve any product issues or concerns you may have with your purchase and will address each issue on an individual basis.
Henredon & Schoener uses approved shipping carriers for delivery outside of our immediate delivery area. Merchandise shipping from our location is carefully inspected prior to being packaged for shipment. Shipping claims must be settled with the delivered carrier. Henredon & Schoener will assist you with necessary documentation and any other customer support needed to support your claim. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect shipments upon receipt and document any damages on shipping paperwork, and preferably capture all damages with digital images. Please inspect all merchandise for damage before signing delivery paperwork. All returns must be made at your shipping and transport expense. Henredon & Schoener does not arrange or pay for returns.
